Being where the action is at
We met at Aspen Grove after work for flower picking before burgers, hot dogs, and fries.
I brought my laptop to bed last night for a moment and Beth & I eventually found ourselves on this blog looking at random posts in the past. I already don’t remember some of them.
I hope some day he appreciates all the photos and videos we have captured as much as we appreciate them now.
I just ordered a pizza with double sausage for Nolan. Parental sacrifice 2,045.
I share this because someday I want to ground myself if I ever start feeing vain. It’s borderline TMI.
So I was sitting to use the toilet while Nolan was in the other room. He found me! He wanted to play firetrucks and I tried to explain that once I peed we could play. Nolan was impatient with my 30-60 seconds of delay so he started playing bounce the fire truck on the outside of mommy’s panties. He bounced, said bounce, and waited for me to validate his actions. Mind you I’m mortified and mid- pee! It was at that moment that I felt like a true mom! I also saw many more events like this happening when he and I hang out this summer!
There are 22 days left of school! 22! After that, I start my new job of SAHM! I’m very excited!
